3. Professional spray gun

Utilizing an SG6 stainless steel spray gun with a 6-groove spiral design, wide-angle circular spraying, and multi-stage airflow technology, this spray gun offers a spraying speed of 10-260 sprays per minute and a spray diameter range of 3-12 cm, ensuring effective mold release. The atomized airflow is adjustable. Suitable for spraying low to high-viscosity release oils, alcohols, and preservatives, it saves materials and controls costs. Ensuring stable and precise spraying results is crucial.

4. Oil supply system

Employing German spiral nozzles, this system provides a vortex-style oil mist with a wide-angle spray pattern, ensuring uniform coverage on both the top and bottom surfaces without fogging. Only 3-5 grams of oil are needed per baking tray cavity for even spraying, facilitating easy demolding. Spraying precision is adjustable. Because a high-end spray gun is used, there is no need to pressurize the oil tank; the spray gun can achieve perfect atomization and spraying. This reduces the use of oil pumps and valves, thereby improving durability and stability.
