3. Professional spray gun

Utilizing SG6 - Stainless spray gun with a 6-groove spiral design, wide-angle circular spraying, and multi-stage airflow technology. Spraying speed 10-260  times per minute, spraying diameter range is between 3cm and 12cm, to ensure the demoulding effect. The atomizing airflow is adjustable. Suitable for spraying high viscosity mold release oil, saving mold release oil, and controlling costs. Ensuring a stable and precise oil spraying is crucial.

4. Oil supply system

This system uses German spiral nozzles to spray a vortex-like oil mist with a wide spray angle, ensuring uniform coverage of both upper and lower surfaces and preventing fogging. The spray volume and width are adjustable. Thanks to the high-end spray gun, perfect atomization and coating effects can be achieved without pressurizing the oil tank. This reduces the use of oil pumps and valves, thereby improving durability and stability.
